An initiative to expand automation solutions for advanced semiconductor processes into overseas markets through collaboration with Taiwanese companies, and to apply the technologies and expertise acquired through these efforts to other projects. Overseas expansion and growth into semiconductor-related business areas will be pursued as an integrated effort.
