A restructuring theme in which ENEOS is separating its functional materials, renewable energy and electricity businesses into standalone companies and reorganizing them into a group of operating companies managed autonomously according to their business characteristics. Following JX Metals' conversion into an equity-method affiliate, the structure was reorganized around 5 major operating companies.
