An initiative to strengthen housing business development and financing in the Kanto and Tokai regions by leveraging KI-Star Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s expertise in design and construction, procurement, cost estimation and quality control through a capital and business alliance involving a third-party allotment of shares to KI-Star Real Estate. The initiative will also establish alliance governance, including the right to nominate director candidates.
