An individual M&A theme aimed at making Taiyo Dengyo a subsidiary and incorporating its radiation measurement equipment management and electrical instrumentation business for nuclear power plants in eastern Japan, thereby creating synergies with existing expertise and resources related to electrical equipment. The theme also includes business expansion through commissioned construction work and other activities after the acquisition.
