An individual plant restructuring initiative aimed at improving productivity by closing the Yaizu Plant (Nishijima Plant) and consolidating production at the Oigawa Plant. This also includes inventory disposal costs and fixed asset disposal costs associated with the consolidation, as well as the subsequent withdrawal from the product manufacturing business.
