An ongoing initiative to commercialize LEX, a low thermal expansion material, by developing materials for specific applications, including high Young’s modulus, high-temperature/high-strength, intermediate-temperature and low-temperature applications, while advancing hot forging and full-scale prototyping, including for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
