An initiative to improve the gross profit margin on completed construction work by increasing the completion and sales mix of high-margin rental buildings, including those built using wood-frame 2×4 construction methods, and improving the product mix. This also includes temporary margin declines caused by higher materials and labor costs and sales promotion measures.
