An ongoing initiative under a capital and business alliance with Mizuho Bank to mutually leverage customer bases, create business opportunities including outside the financial sector, and expand collaboration in growth fields. It also includes a plan to terminate the existing alliance after the capital relationship changes and continue a business alliance with the same substance under a new agreement.
