A project to obtain an exclusive license from JIXING HK for JX09 in Japan and prepare for a Phase I clinical trial and commercial infrastructure in Japan under a cost-sharing arrangement. It also includes a review of plans to participate in global clinical trials through Japan, following the decision to put further development on hold after the Phase I trial in Australia.
