Concentrating Management Resources on Core IT and DX through the Transfer of the CRO Business

A business restructuring initiative to transfer the CRO business out of the business portfolio and concentrate management resources on the core IT business and DX initiatives. Following the transfer, the CRO segment will be discontinued and the focus will be on the IT business.
