Efforts to expand the scope of development from condominiums for sale concentrated in Tokyo’s 23 wards and near railway stations to large-scale projects with more than 100 units, joint ventures with other companies and areas outside central Tokyo. The company is expanding the scale, geographic coverage and business structures of its developments, including large projects in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
