End-to-end integration of the planning, production and distribution of audiovisual works through making ファントム・フィルム a subsidiary

The initiative to make ファントム・フィルム a wholly owned subsidiary and establish an integrated structure covering the full value chain from the planning and production of audiovisual works through distribution, rights management and packaged-media sales. This also includes the subsequent completion of the integration through the absorption merger of the video production division and the video and music software sales division.
