An individual M&A case in which セルプロジャパン, a partner in the regenerative medicine field, became a wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange, incorporating the collaboration platform for the regenerative medicine business. The share exchange was conducted on 1 January 2024, completing the acquisition of a wholly owned subsidiary with a 100% voting interest.
