An ongoing initiative at overseas bases in China, Taiwan, South Korea and elsewhere to expand revenue from maintenance and consumables related to delivered equipment and establish a stable source of revenue to offset fluctuations in revenue from large equipment. It has also contributed to improvements in gross profit margins and operating profit.
