A standalone capital investment plan to renovate CHIBA SKY WINDOWS 東天紅 and improve the functionality and appeal of the store and dining facility. Work began in May 2016, making this a time-specific project for which the acquisition of property, plant and equipment associated with the renovation was recorded.
