A proposal to consolidate the four existing reporting segments—equipment, reagents and consumables, maintenance-related services, and contract manufacturing—into a single segment engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of testing and diagnostic products. Following the consolidation into a single segment, the business name was also changed from Automated System Integration Services to Life Sciences and Healthcare.
