Addition of NDS and 2 other companies and their subsidiaries to the scope of consolidation, followed by exclusion through absorption-type mergers

A series of company-specific events in which NDS and 2 other companies, together with their subsidiaries, 33 companies in total, were added to the scope of consolidation, after which 浜松NDS and CaN-TEC were excluded from the scope of consolidation through absorption-type mergers. This covers the substantial increase in the number of consolidated subsidiaries and the subsequent decrease resulting from absorption-type mergers.
