An initiative to establish a wholly owned subsidiary responsible for production management and quality control to support expanded production in Vietnam, and to include it in the scope of consolidation. The focus is not on constructing or expanding the manufacturing plant itself, but on ensuring stable operation of local production and establishing production management and quality control functions.
