NeoCart's Japanese development and marketing licence and delay in determining the development strategy

An individual licensing transaction under which the Japanese development and marketing rights for NeoCart (MDNT-01) were licensed in from Histogenics for domestic development. The decision on the domestic development strategy has also been delayed because of delays in the transfer of rights and preparations for the U.S. Phase 3 trial.
