Revision of accounting-period numbering based on the year the business began

An accounting and disclosure initiative to review the numbering of accounting periods based on the start date of the main business and change the current-period display from “Period ○.” This does not change the fiscal year-end or the fiscal year itself; it changes the basis and method used to number and display the periods.
