An individual operating-location restructuring plan involving the consolidation of ageing facilities, including the Nagaokakyo Tosei Building, to construct a new office building, together with the sale and leaseback of surplus land and the Nishioji Development Center. Proceeds from gains on transfer and asset sales will be allocated to construction of the new building, while asset restructuring and the renewal of operating locations will proceed as an integrated initiative, including the relocation of employees.
