A response theme addressing labor shortages in construction and logistics caused by the 2024 issue by advancing product labor-saving measures, workforce training and logistics DX in an integrated manner. The aim is to reduce on-site staffing requirements across products, people and logistics through production capacity investments and the rollout of labor-saving products for construction work.
