An individual drug development theme for SI-722, a treatment for interstitial cystitis. The US Phase 1 trial was completed and a Phase 1/2 clinical trial was initiated. Despite delays caused by an infectious disease, the theme progressed through completion of subject enrollment and confirmation of tolerability to the stage of considering the next-phase trial.
