An individual urban redevelopment project involving the construction and opening of Phase I (East Building) of the Shibuya Station District Development Project by East Japan Railway Company, Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd., and 東京急行電鉄. The project covers the period from the start of construction in 2017 through the opening of Shibuya Scramble Square Phase I in November 2019.
