An initiative to improve asset efficiency and secure gains on disposal by selling land, agricultural greenhouses, buildings and other assets that will become idle following the relocation of Sakata Seed America’s headquarters in the United States. The initiative covers the period from the 2022 sale plan through completion of the transfer in 2024.
