An initiative to shift from a model that generates revenue by developing and selling power plants to an asset-backed recurring-revenue model in which the company owns the power plants and builds up medium- to long-term electricity sales revenue. The initiative combines Non-FIT projects, M&A and portfolio optimization to expand a stable earnings base.
