An ongoing theme of restructuring the consolidated group by both expanding and streamlining its scope: adding unconsolidated subsidiaries and affiliates to the scope of consolidation or the equity method from a group management perspective, while removing entities from that scope through the liquidation of subsidiaries or the transfer of interests in affiliates.
