An initiative to offer dedicated loan products for real estate businesses licensed under the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act that acquire, renovate and sell used homes, thereby supporting the existing-home market through finance. It also includes building an infrastructure for used real estate transactions through cross-industry partnerships and data utilization.
