A standalone acquisition initiative to make サイコックス a consolidated subsidiary, combine its SiC substrate manufacturing technology with the Company's own substrate production technology, and proceed with the construction and validation of a mass-production line. This also includes impairment losses arising from delays in the demand ramp-up and declines in selling prices.
