An initiative to standardize timber construction and improve construction efficiency by integrating the sales organizations for conventional and 2×4 construction methods and coordinating pre-cutting, building materials and siding pre-cutting across functions. It responds to the shortage of skilled workers and inefficiencies arising from the division of labor by linking the Group’s processing and sales functions.
