An industry-specific restructuring initiative in which Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, NYK Line and the third company will integrate their liner container shipping and overseas terminal businesses and establish a joint venture in response to weak market conditions and deteriorating supply-demand conditions. The initiative also includes the transfer of shares in terminal companies and their removal from the consolidated accounts following the integration.
