An absorption-type merger effective 1 April 2025, with the wholly owned subsidiary アイティフォー・ベックス as the surviving company and アイ・シー・アール as the absorbed company. The purposes are to strengthen collaboration within the Group, accelerate support for local governments, and improve the efficiency of Group management.
