A theme covering the promotion of women to management positions, support for balancing work and childcare, education and other initiatives, for which Eruboshi certification (a Japanese certification for companies promoting women's advancement) was obtained in April 2016. It also includes the increase in the percentage of women in management and continued disclosure regarding Platinum Eruboshi certification.
