Change in fiscal year-end from March to February and group-wide standardization

Following a resolution at the annual general meeting of shareholders, an accounting and consolidated financial reporting initiative to change the fiscal year-end from 31 March to the end of February and standardize the fiscal year-ends of group companies at the end of February.
