A standalone business portfolio restructuring transaction in which the copper tube, copper tube components and copper sheet businesses were transferred to a new company through a company split, after which all shares in the new company and the equity interest in a Thai subsidiary were transferred to CTJ. The transaction was completed in June 2020, advancing the withdrawal from the businesses concerned and the concentration of management resources.
