Direct access to central Tokyo through reciprocal through services with JR and Tokyu lines

An initiative to establish reciprocal through services between the Sotetsu Line and the JR and Tokyu lines, provide through service toward central Tokyo, and create a broad-area railway network. It covers preparations for the opening of the JR through line and Tokyu through line through to development along the railway corridors after implementation.
