Drug Discovery Resource Restructuring through Transfer of IriSys Interests and Additional Acquisition of GEP HK

A plan to reallocate resources to the drug discovery pipeline by transferring interests and rights in IriSys while acquiring an additional interest in GEP HK, in conjunction with Beijing Continent’s listing-related organizational restructuring.
