Expansion of recurring revenue from maintenance and customer support for existing customers and equipment already delivered

An initiative to continue and expand field-based and resident maintenance services for equipment, while evolving the maintenance division into a customer support organization that supports customer satisfaction. The initiative will increase revenue from, and service capabilities for, equipment maintenance services provided to customers such as food-processing plants.
