An effort to complete structural reform of the domestic industrial wire business through the corporate demerger and transfer of the conductor business and the consolidation of the copper wire manufacturing and sales business into subsidiaries. This is an organisational restructuring of specific companies and businesses, including the reorganisation implemented on 1 April 2024.
