An initiative within INVASE's real estate business to shift its revenue model between an inventory-based model, in which properties are acquired and sold by the company itself, and a brokerage model that generates brokerage fees. Following the shift to the brokerage model, the company is also proceeding with a full-scale shift back to a buy-and-resell model based on properties acquired by the company itself.
