An individual capital investment plan to refurbish the concrete pile manufacturing equipment at the Tokyo Plant and increase production capacity through renovation work, including construction of a new office building. Implemented from fiscal 2020 through fiscal 2024, it is a time-bound theme with total investment of approximately ¥1.8 billion.
