Six-business structure comprising Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Construction Materials, Machinery, Energy and related businesses

The business is organized into six segments: Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Construction Materials, Machinery and Metal Forming, Energy and Environment, and Other, with High-Performance Urethane and Pharmaceuticals reported as separate segments. The six-segment reporting structure has been in place since the first half of fiscal 2025.
