An initiative to support disaster-affected areas by carrying out restoration work on damaged telecommunications facilities following multiple natural disasters and restoring communications infrastructure. It addresses a track record of disaster response not limited to a single disaster, such as the heavy-rain disaster in the Kumamoto region.
