An initiative to partially transfer the equity interest in a Shenzhen subsidiary to a company under CHINA LESSO GROUP, establish a collaborative framework for solar power generation design by making the subsidiary an equity-method affiliate, and transition to a renewable energy business in China. This also includes the subsequent capital and business reorganization under which the entity ceased to be an equity-method affiliate.
