A 2024 corporate reorganization in which HKS(Thailand)’s non-controlling interests were acquired to make it a wholly owned subsidiary, followed by its merger by absorption into HKS-IT, with the aim of strengthening the management foundation through the effective use of management resources and improved operational efficiency and rationalization.
