Spin-off and creation of a wholly owned subsidiary for the haco! business, followed by integration into the parent company (3396)

A series of organisational reorganisations in which 3396 spun off its haco! business into cd. Co., Ltd., made the company a wholly owned subsidiary, and then merged it into the parent company in March 2024. The theme covers the entire process, from the spin-off intended to accelerate decision-making and increase autonomy through to reintegration into the parent company.
