An organizational restructuring initiative to transition from a three-business-division structure to a five-business-headquarters structure, with development, manufacturing, and sales managed as an integrated unit within each business headquarters. Activities and performance by business headquarters will also be disclosed in line with the launch of the FY2024 medium-term management plan.
