Earnings-structure reform through converting company-operated stores into model stores and changing their business formats

An initiative to restructure existing company-operated stores as model stores that serve as examples for franchisees, reforming the earnings structure through business-format changes and a review of resource allocation. Reforms to company-operated stores, including conversions to Hakken Sakaba, will also be applied to the rollout of franchise stores.
