An initiative to change the corporate names of the various 積和不動産 companies to 積水ハウス不動産 companies, unifying the brand and clarifying integrated operations as the 積水ハウス Group. The simultaneous corporate-name changes by multiple companies on 1 February 2020 were intended to accelerate the Group's growth.
