A theme for 8142, which sought sustainable growth and improved profitability through 7 priority initiatives, including business reform, challenge and mindset reform, under its Sixth Medium-Term Management Plan, “IMPACT 2017,” for fiscal years 2015–2017. Following the plan’s completion, it has moved to the Seventh Medium-Term Management Plan, “IMPACT 2020.”
